Tips for Cooling a Meltdown.

To contend with problems of an overheated McIntosh MA600, simply lowering the volume can cool the system down. Other suggestions for cooling the McIntosh includes checking to make sure that there are no blockage to the airflow system. If there is no blockage to the airflow system of the amp then fans can be used to cool an overheated McIntosh MA600. The amp should not be pushed to go into thermal shutdown. The size of the room is also important when considering muting some of the noise from the McInToshMA600. Party rooms are optimal places to play the McIntosh MA600.
