Just What Is Wrong With Your Music?

Readers of Bobby Owsinskis Blog often send him songs that he has some problems with. In the following article he details a list of traits that songs must have for him to classify them as “good”. There must be a groove or a pulse. The drums must also be clean and not sloppy. It can’t have any parts that don’t groove with the rest of the track. Finally, it must have good recording and mix in order to balance out the different instruments.
