His first set of speakers were not the greatest due to the fact that the reciver blew up on him. He had it replaced with a very nice Harmon Kardon one thany worked great for years. He then soon after upgraded to some Apoge Full Ranges and they were fantastic. He liked them so much that he took them with him when he moved. his most recent set are some Genesis 6.1 and 6.1c and those are truly mind blowing, they are very flexible and are his favorite pair so far.
