Digital Music Declined in 2013.

In the year 2013, digital music download decreased significantly over the year. This is thought to be mostly because more people opted for the option of streaming albums, rather than digitally download individual tracks. Catalog album sales increased, while catalog song sales decreased. This true although 2013 had many more million-selling albums than there had been in previous years.
