Kindra Parker of examiner.com shares a great bit of news in the following post. The Detroit music preservation group has partnered with the Detroit sound conservancy to provide guided music tours of Detroit, in order to enrich appreciation of Detroit’s vast musical culture. Included in the article is information as to how this will create a ‘musical tourism’ industry that will only serve to further benefit Detroit musicians and to preserve Detroits musical legacy. A 10 dollar donation is required to attend this event.
