Spectracal Inc. is now producing a device that is capable of testing 4K displays. The device has the ability to output in all current 4K formats. This device, The VideoForge 4K, retails at $4995 and is an incredibly portable handheld unit. In addition to the VideoForge 4K, the company is producing a 2K device named the VideoForge SDI which retails for $3995. Both devices are capable of generating a billion colors according to the Spectracal Inc. Additionally, both units are create 3D content on compatible displays. Consumers can expect to buy these devices starting in February 2013.
