The social music service Serendip did some research to determine the most talked about music artist on Twitter. During the research, over 114 million tweets mentioned music artist. The pop buy band One Direction was the most popular music group on Twitter. They were followed by Adele and Rihianna. Whitney Houston was also popular because of her death but not enough to make it to the top.
