Check out this post by David Weiss from sonicscoop.com for my daily audiophile roundup. He writes about Vacation Island which is a well known Williamsburg studio that is becoming very successful, due to the hard work of its founder, Matt Boynton. The studio has hosted such names as MGMT, Suckers, and Bat for Lashes and they generally stick to a more indie rock genre of music. Boynton believes people keep returning because of his talented studio.
