Jagger: I was bored by Brown business chat – Classic Rock

This article speaks of how James Brown was trying to talk Mick Jagger into becoming a business man, being as the Rolling Stones were not the most financially stable band in their prime. Jagger wanted no part of that even though he did look up to James Brown. Jagger admits that Brown puts on a great performance and knows how to capture the audience in a performance Jagger so-called viewed. Come to find out that Jagger did not view performance after all and does not wish for someone to film himself performing at his prime. The numbers talk value because Jagger actually generates more revenue than Brown even though no film was made of Jagger and this angers Brown.
