This video explains the new abilities of the RX4. It gives a solid demonstration of how to change the noise and voice levels of a recording. On the new RX4, the user is now capable of reversing the audio and undoing said action. You can also reverse the low frequencies while keeping the high frequencies at a normal rate. This video also gives an adequate explanation of why the RX4 is better than RX3.
