An important saying in the sales industry is “sell the sizzle, you do not sale the steak.” Every day we encounter people in work places that do not do a proper job of selling. Whether it is a waiter trying to push an appetizer or a shoe salesman at Macy’s, people need to be more exciting and do a better job with sales. Companies should train their employees to learn to sell items the proper way.
