AES: Mastering Mentoring.

Author Strother Bullins believes that the best way for a person to get started as a professional mastering engineer is with a formal education in the field. He argues that this job in the music industry requires skills that can’t be learned overnight and many that take a lifetime. With a formal education a would be mastering engineer has the foundation they need to start successful career churning out music that sounds great.
