I changed the speaker placement of my system from short wall to long wall because it had bad stereo image, that issue seems to be ok now but as there is only a short distance between the speakers and the seating position I have to sit up against the wall so there are a lot of reflections .Should I put some treatment on the rear wall or moving a bit will solve the problem?

You have two choices. You have absorption and diffusion. Diffusion will be your best option if you have at least 5′ from rear wall diffusers to listening position.
