When it comes to sound, the Waves Codex Synth is better than any other synth, at least so this video makes out. It has a large range of sound, with easily understood controls. The balance between the upper harmonics and lower sub are superb; the speed of the individual oscillators and their tones are simple to change. Enjoy the Codex in recording and live sessions: plug it into a keyboard and use a midi track. To experiment with scales and tones, use midi mapping to sync it with the knobs and sliders on the keyboard. In short the tones you create with the Codex are unique.
