Building a wall Separating a Control Room with Live Track Room: Would layering two different types of material such as sheetrock and OSB would help reject/block/isolate (or whatever you want to call it) sound more efficiently than layering two layers of 5/8″ sheetrock???

please advise.

thanks.

E, Neither method will be sufficient. You must use methodology that is a full range covering frequencies from 30 Hz. – 20,000 Hz.
