Vocal booth and mixing/live room flooring-Acoustics Forum-Acoustic Fields Forum

I’m getting ready to put new hardwood in my room and was thinking about keeping the vocal booth cement and the live/mixing room hardwood. Would it be better to just have everything hardwood and keep it the same/consistent throughout or does it not matter that much?
