Using fiberglass to absorb low frequencies which produce + 10 – + 15 dB bumps in room response curves is like holding up a feather to stop a tornado. It does not have the science to deal with low frequency pressure issues. Only diaphragmatic absorption technology will help you manage these issues. How much, what rate and level to use, where to place it all have to be calculated. Remember the acronym TAP – type, amount, position.
