I am already fortunate to have had a nice sized purposely built listening room for many years. It sounds wonderful and measures really well. In truth, I got lucky because I didn’t know nearly enough about dedicated smaller room acoustics at that time. It is possible that the future may hold the opportunity to build a new dedicated room at a different location at some point. So, I would like to look at options to doing more things correct right out of the gate, if there is a next time around. I feel this forum is the best place for me to get my questions answered.
