Hello.
It all starts with, me wanting to build two subwoofers for my living/listening room . I want subs for music listening and not so much for movies.
A lot of reading and video watching later, I realized, that I had to do something about the acoustics in my room. I want to make subs that fits my room. And treatment is required.
It wasen’t a popular decision in my home. First subs and now more ugly boxes. The wife factor :-)
Compromises were made. Two subs- ok, sidewall absorbers must be removeable, the same goes for any frontwall treatment. Rear wall treatment is ok, as long as it looks nice. Hmmm
I bought a measurement mic and installed Room EQ on my pc. And I filled out the free analysis. So now, here I am.
