Hi AcousticFields, thank you for sharing good tips and tricks online!

I’m a semiprofessional producer and I’m on a mission to please my personal room for a tighter low-end and a more accurate listening environment. I’m basically trying to enhance my control/mixing room for a more reliable audio-image.

My room is a rectangle with the dimensions: > Length: 14.1732 ft. (4m 32cm) Width: 9.0223 ft (2m 75cm) Height: 6.7257 ft (2m 5 cm)

I’m also dealing with 4x tilted walls from the ceiling to the front and- rear wall which has a depth of 1,9685 ft (60cm) on all 4 sides in an angle of 90 degrees.

I’m also dealing with a window right in the center of the room (on my left side). > Length: 393,7007 ft. (1m 20cm) width 4010,1049 ft (1m 25cm) height

I’m using a carpet on the floor. My listening position is close to the middle of the room (2/3 steps in the room).

Do you have any suggestions on where I should be treating this type of room according to (Corners, Ceiling and Sides)?

I’m also interested to know how I can analyze precisely how my room react to sound (with software pink noise etc) and do some basic troubleshooting.

Have a great day,

Kinds regards
