My room is 23′ × 17′ n 10′ flat ceiling.

This is only one room I can use to record vocals n mixing mastering. I produce bass heavy music also. (EDM).

I’m going to treat whole room with 48kg density of rockwool with 100mm depth. I mean whole area of side walls front n rear walls n ceiling too.

So which QRD diffuser should I go with is P7 P11 P13 or P17 ?

Thankyou in Advance 😊👍.

Building insulation will destroy the harmonics of your mid range frequencies and not provide the proper rates and levels of absorption for music and voice. It will also not go low enough to work with EDM. For the rear wall with these distances, you could use the 13 or 17.

You have to know what your frequency and amplitude issues are within your room before you go searching for technology to treat. Fill out the information in this link and include photos of the space. https://www.acousticfields.com…..-analysis/
