Hi! I will move soon in a new house and I need some advice for my new studio.
The room where I would like to build the studio is very big and rectangular, but it has a mezzanine which is more like a firs woods axis floor supported by wall to wall beams that reduces the height of the room… to let you understand better I post here a picture with the measures of the room.

I would like to understand if this mezzanine is going to reflect frequencies in an unpredictable way and if is better for me to change my mind and choose another room.

Thanks to everyone in advance!

Thanks for reply, the problem is that this room is in an old house, the room has 2 different types of wall, 3 are made of stone, one is made of bricks, the floor it’s made with firs woods axis like the mezzanine.. In the form there aren’t this specifics to choose..
Thanks

Please refer to the room form area where you can attach up to 6 pictures to help illustrate difficult situations.
