Gap between wall to ACDA and QD

Is it alright to have a gap between the wall and ACDA panels?
And gap between wall and QD?

Would having a gap be good, bad or neutral?

W, Gaps are fine if they are not too large. Remember if you create a cavity that is large enough it will produce noise.
