Hello, setting up a mixing/mastering suite in my house. I have 2 rooms available to use and curious which one might work best. Both are standard wall construction with drywall and paint. One room has a wood floor, one has tile over concrete. Room with tile over concrete floor is 15’L by 12’4″W by 8’5″H. Room with wood floor is 13’4″L by 11’W by 8’3″H. (measurements in feet and inches, apologies to the rest of the world) Both rooms are empty, room with concrete floor has no windows, room with wood floor has 5’L by 3’H window on the end of the long wall/rectangle centered on the wall.

Any thoughts and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
