What If there is no choice between Rockwool or either fiberglass, for room treatment.

What should I choose ?

I found Rockwool is not that durable!

You are guessing at what you think you need. You are wasting time and effort. First, you must quantify and qualify your frequency and amplitude issues. Then and only then can you begin to look at treatment type. Some treatment types only work for some energy types.
