QDAH-11 Quadratic Diffusor Absorber Horizontal

Features

The QDAH-11 series is the first unit in our vertical or horizontal diffusor series with 2 activated carbon, diaphragmatic absorbers absorbing low frequency energy from 30 hz.- 100 hz. and beyond. Consult our Riverbank test data below for performance curves. The low frequency response curve of the ACDA-10 applies to this product. The diffusor face diffuses energy from 375hz. – 3,400hz. Each unit can be positioned in a vertical, stand alone, or horizontal position on top of the QDA units. Once again, all units in this series are finished in the same furniture grade veneers as our flagship QDA series. The QDAH-11 measures 60″ long, 24.5″ high, and 10″deep. Each unit weighs 180 pounds.

QDAH-11

Benefits

The QDAH series offers the ability to have vertical and horizontal diffusion available by placing the QDAH unit horizontally across 2 QDA units. Coupled with our QDA series, which are vertical diffusors, one can now have vertical and horizontal diffusion in our recording and playback environments. A vertically placed diffusor means you are spreading out sound energy in a horizontal direction. A horizontally positioned unit spreads sound out in a vertical direction. The combination of both vertical and horizontal diffusion, creates a two dimensional sound field. Finish quality and appearance matches or exceeds those found on top of the line audio speakers.
