I came across this article written by Sandra Bretting of chron.com. She writes about the increasing popularity of performance based television shows, American Idol and X-Factor for example, which are leading to more and more kids finding themselves interested in developing musical skills. Sessions Music is capitalizing on this trend by offering classes teaching kids how to play the instruments they hear in today’s popular songs. Any time a kid picks up an instrument it’s good by me no matter how they are inspired.
